The Audi RS Q3 and its 2.5 litre engine are a rewarding base for software tuning, and the NGM App lets you handle the whole remap yourself. You flash calibrated Stage 1 and Stage 2 maps onto the engine control unit through the OBD2 port, with no workshop appointment, no ECU removal and no chip swap. Both generations are covered: the RS Q3 8U with the EA855 engine (2015-2017) and the RS Q3 F3 with the EA855evo and 400 PS from the factory (2019-2023). All power figures on this page are metric PS. The only hardware you need is the NGM OBD Adapter, a one-time purchase, together with the NGM App on your iOS or Android phone.

Each map is calibrated for one specific engine variant. Here is how the RS Q3 line-up looks:

- RS Q3 F3 (2.5, EA855evo, 400 PS and 480 Nm stock, 2019-2023): Stage 1 up to 460 PS and 600 Nm, Stage 2 up to 500 PS and 650 Nm.

Both stages come together in the All-in-One license for the engine control unit (ECU). It is delivered as a download and bound by your VIN to exactly one vehicle; the app recognizes your RS Q3 automatically.
Audi RS Q3 Pops and Bangs: The Soundtrack to Match
Extra power deserves the right soundtrack. The separate Sound license activates pops and bangs (crackles) on your RS Q3, flashed through the same NGM OBD Adapter and the same app as the performance software. Like every license it is a download bound to your VIN, and the sound functions are also intended for use on closed tracks only. You can run them alongside Stage 1 or Stage 2 or completely on their own.
