RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is:
a) In the case of a service contract or digital content (e.g., App License): fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
b) In the case of a sales contract for hardware (e.g., OBD II Adapter): fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

2. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification.

Return of Goods (Hardware): You must send back the goods to our address above without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Retention of Refund: For hardware, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Value Loss: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT (DIGITAL CONTENT)

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content (e.g., license codes) if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has started.
