Off-road & closed-course use only. The software, calibrations, and modifications provided are intended exclusively for vehicles operated on closed circuits, racetracks, and off-road environments. They are not intended for use on public roads and may render the vehicle non-compliant with local, national, or international road traffic regulations, including but not limited to emissions standards (e.g. Euro 6/7, EPA, CARB), noise ordinances, and vehicle type-approval requirements (e.g. StVZO, ECE, FMVSS). Installation or use of these modifications on road-registered vehicles may void the manufacturer's warranty, invalidate the vehicle's road-worthiness certification (e.g. TÜV, MOT, Contrôle Technique), and result in fines, deregistration, or criminal liability. The end user assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. NGM provides no warranty of road-legality and expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of its products on public roads.
