Beyond the extra power, the separate Sound license adds the crackles function to your Scirocco, pops and bangs on the overrun. The Sound license works independently of the performance stages, is flashed through the same adapter and app, and is likewise tied to your VIN. The sound functions also belong on closed tracks only.
Important for manual cars: Sciroccos with a manual gearbox and without drive profile selection cannot use the crackles (pops and bangs) function. Check your car's equipment before buying the Sound license.
