Yes, a charger is recommended for the first flash, as this process takes approx. 20 minutes. There must be no voltage drop in the battery during this time.

During the flash process, all consumers (air conditioning, infotainment, lighting) must be switched off. The ignition of the vehicle must be active and must not be switched off as long as the app is being used.

An increase in performance with 95 octane is not useful. We have therefore decided to require at least 98 octane. Your vehicle manufacturer also generally states 98 octane as the recommended fuel. However, if you still use 95 octane in combination with an NGM performance upgrade, the performance will be significantly below the specified value. It is also likely that damage may occur.

In general, higher performance also means that wear is higher. However, since we design temperature & pressure monitoring very strictly, we avoid unnecessary wear and therefore damage in the best possible way. For example, full power is only released when an oil temperature of 70 degrees is reached.

Basically, our performance levels are applied to series hardware. If you have installed an upgrade intercooler, inlet, suction, etc., this is a great advantage. Only major engine mechanics modifications, other turbochargers, etc., would lead to malfunctions and are not supported.

No, that is not possible. The NGM app cannot be combined with existing tuning, as the calibration in the engine control unit is always technically overwritten.
