NGM App GmbH complies with its obligations under the DSA to mitigate systemic risks related to its platform’s operations, including risks to fundamental rights and illegal content.

3. Transparency of Content Moderation:
We strive to provide transparent policies regarding the moderation, removal, or restriction of content, which are outlined in our Terms of Service (link if applicable).

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws and § 7 Paragraph 1 TMG. However, under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activities.
